Due to the massive amount of spamming and viruses flowing through Internet air wave to our server daily, we are strongly recommended all users to please DOWNLOAD OR PRINT ALL EMAIL from all your ELP Networks email accounts regularly. We will not be responsible for mail left on server after the upgrade. The upgrade should occur, however, without disruption of service.

Why? In order to better serve our customers, we are upgrading to a Linux Server. Our new state-of-the-art system affords us the ability to offer our customers better service and security by way of a much more stable internet server.

New User Logon Procedure and Phone Access Number

In our efforts to bring our customers the best possible service, on Feb. 1, 2003, ELP Networks had rolled out our national dial-up service. Because of this transition, you are asked to use a NEW dial-up number. Please use 613-4008 for El Paso dial-up access and Las Cruces access number is 635-4524. We currently have over 7000 plus access number nationalwide to better serve our customers. Please email or call us for local access number if you are travelling or relocated to another city.

Because of advances in our newly national network services, we will be requiring that you add "@elpn.com" to your User ID. The new format is, "username@elpn.com".
